Application approval can take 24 to 48 hours.

Government issued identification, 60 days of most recent paystubs and 60 days of bank statements. Both paystubs and bank statements must be in full PDF format, and unaltered.

At HōM we require 2.5x the monthly rent amount - based off your gross monthly income.

Gross income is the total amount of money you earn before taxes or other deductions are taken out of your paycheck. This can include income from your job, self-employment, retirement benefits, Social Security, or other qualifying sources. We use your gross income as part of the application process to help verify that you meet our income requirements.

Utilities and Payments

Rent is considered late after 11:59PM on the 3rd of every month.
Yes, you don’t need to worry about setting up your own cable or WiFi.

You will want to set up your own electric account through Tampa Electric Company (TECO). We will need proof of your account number before moving in.

Yes, HōM has a maintenance team available during office hours and also available for any after hours emergency calls.

You can submit a work order by submitting a request via your Resident Portal, or by contacting your onsite HōM team.

Yes, all units at HōM come equipped with a full size, side by side washer and dryer.
